We help interns/trainees in advancing their career through an internship or training opportunity in the United States.

The J-1 Exchange Visitor program is designed to grant participants the ability to come to the U.S. in order to gain exposure to American culture and to receive hands-on experience in U.S. business practices in their chosen occupational field. The program provides on-the job exposure to American techniques, methodologies, and expertise, and enhances the participant’s knowledge of American culture and society. Participants need to expect to live and train with other participants from various backgrounds, religions, and cultures.

Our staff will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure that trainees and interns are appropriately selected, placed, oriented, supervised, and evaluated;

• Be available to trainees and interns to assist as facilitators, counselors, and information resources;

• Ensure that training and internship programs provide a balance between the trainees’ and interns’ learning opportunities and their contributions to the organizations in which they are placed;

• Organizing cultural and educational activities and networking events in select cities;

• Ensure that the provision of training and internship programs are sufficiently educated on the goals, objectives and regulations of the Exchange Visitor Program.
